I have been coaching in the executive and leadership space for a couple of decades now, and over the past six years have been pivoting a bit to answer a calling I have received. This integration and alignment of my own leadership journey is focused on Gratitude, Grace, and Unity. They are all explored, contemplated, and integrated both personally and organizationally. If you are simply leveling up for metrics, the journey can often feel incomplete.

When you enter into the transformative journey of leadership through grace, the metrics become a natural byproduct of your deep transformational dive into your inner grace center.

I have the honor of traveling inward with 11 amazing humans a year in my 1:1 integrative coaching practice.

During this year, your journey will take place in many different mediums, leveraging all the senses and some you may not know you have. Your time with me will be via phone, video, reading, writing, assessment, conversations, and immersive time in nature with us here at Ubuntu in the Green Mountains of Vermont.

What do you experience?

THE UBUNTU EXPERIENCE

Ubuntu is a South African word that translates to, “I am because you are.” Ubuntu helps bring to life the ideas of community, compassion, and our interconnectedness. You will understand and experience your own personal power inside this construct. We are being called to lead ourselves and others in more compassionate and graceful ways, and this integrated journey will transform the life you are living in ways you cannot imagine today.

It is my honor to be on this journey with you as I use my own life as an example of these principles, as well as many other amazing humans who have taken it with me.

Some of the details of how we get there include:

Two monthly virtual connections: one 60 minutes and one 90 minutes for 12 months
All assessments (personality profiles, emotional + social intelligence, 360, etc.)
Up to 100 copies of The Power of a Graceful Leader and Gratitude 540 Journals (in any combination) to share and gift, friends, family, your team etc.
Access to all online coursework and placed on VIP list for special events, virtual and in-person at Ubuntu
3 days of rest and rejuvenation at Ubuntu, including 1:1 time with me immersed in the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont

ENERGY EXCHANGE:

The monthly exchange is $3,800/month for 12 months (all-inclusive except for transportation to and from Ubuntu).

Money is a way we exchange energy for goods and services. As a result, the money value listed here is a representation of an equitable energy exchange for the services I offer and the results you will receive during our year together.

NOTE: If you are feeling called into this and are experiencing time or money resistance, I welcome you to reach out to me for a conversation. I am very aware that the souls I came here to serve will be in varying states of abundance in one or both areas.
